Please understand that we receive hundreds of new enquiries each week, and we can't possibly go back and read messages from 5 months ago. You have placed 4 orders over the last 4 years without a single complaint, one of which was a custom decal kit. It is very surprising from a repeat customer who seems to be happy with our products. I regret that you felt the need to leave a 1 star review here. The decals have to be set up, printed, dried, finished, then packed and shipped. We don't have any items sitting on a shelf. Please remember that our products are ALL made to order. Your most recent order was turned around in 2 working days. In response to your comment about decals 'taking ages to send out', well that's simply not true in your case. There is no such thing as a 5 minute job, especially one that requires custom artwork, setup, design proofs etc. The customisation we do is usually limited to the range of decals that we already offer. We ARE a small company and do not have the surplus design time to take on every job. You are correct, we do not always take on one-off custom orders like this.
